RHA provides quality housing for low and moderate income families and individuals.
RHA Project-Based Section 8 Housing Program- 154 residential units at 3 sites including Templewood court, Sheldon Towers and Hickory Street.
Hickory Street Apartments - 78 mixed-income housing units.
Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher Program-171 Vouchers.
Section 8 Mainstream Voucher Program for Non-Elderly Disabled - 89 Vouchers.
Rutland Area Bridge Housing - 8 units of transitional housing for families exiting homelessness.
Lincoln Place - Owned & operated by the Housing Trust of Rutland County - 19 units of permanently-supportive housing.
